Here we clarify liability limits and user responsibilities to ensure transparent understanding of our services. By purchasing or using products or services from FR 3D Printing and Design Services, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this liability clause.
1. Scope of Services
FR 3D Printing and Design Services, provides 3D printing and additive manufacturing services, including production of custom parts, prototypes, and products based on designs provided by the Company or the Client.
2. Product Use and Responsibility
Client acknowledges that all products are manufactured according to specifications provided by the Client or recreated from a Client-supplied sample. Client is responsible for ensuring proper use, installation, and safety of all products.
3. Limitation of Liability
• The Company’s total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of use, or property damage arising from the use of the products.
• This limitation applies regardless of whether liability arises from design, manufacturing, or failure to meet specifications.
4. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of the Client’s use, modification, or resale of the products.
5. Acknowledgment
By purchasing or using products from FR 3D Printing and Design Services, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this liability clause.
